This is the gal I mentioned in my last post. She is, of course, also a gnome. Not that I have to tell you this, since you can tell by this photo that she's about 8 inches tall. I met Magda here in Cancun, Mexico. She was on Spring break with some of her old sorority friends. This picture was taken in the wee hours of Easter morning. We spent the night and morning walking the sandy shore and talking. O.K., I admit it, we did a little necking as well. We are both consenting adults after all. In fact, we both are over 200 years old. Magda and I have extended our time here for another week in hopes to get to know each other a little more. Then I'm heading south and she'll be returning to her homeland.
As time will tell...so shall I. I'll write more when there is more to write.

"Feliz Buena Viernes" (Happy Good Friday)
Hola Amigos and Amigas!
This is a picture of me taken yesterday when I made a brief unplanned stop at La Quebrada, Acapulco. It is perhaps Acapulco's most known attraction. Every day at 1:00 p.m., young men dive from La Quebrada's jagged cliffs, timing their jump to coincide with the incoming waves that cushion their impact.
As far a gnomes go, you could say I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie. While waiting for my flight to Cancun, I heard tell of this past time and thought, what the hell. To my knowledge, I am the first gnome ever to attempt it. I had someone zoom in on me so that you would be able to see me in the photo. I took off my sombrero, but figured I'd keep my hat on to make me stand out and to cushion my entry into the water.
I'm in Cancun now, enjoying the last of spring break. Lots of beach parties and drinking going on. But don't worry, you won't see me in any Gnomes Gone Wild videos. I know how to handle myself after I've had a few margaritas.
Also, I've meet someone...but I'll tell more about her in my next post. I'm getting ready to head out to met her now.

Hola, Amigos!
Buenos Dias from Mexico!
We just arrived this morning. Great to be on land but even better that the land I'm standing on is sand! I headed out on my own as soon as we got to shore. I'm currently staying at the Esperanza Resort, which is located on the Baja Peninsula, four miles outside of the town of Cabo San Lucas on the Sea of Cortez. Muy Bello! (Very Beautiful!)
Weather is great. Sun is beating down so I decided to buy me this sombrero. Looking sharp, aren't I? If this doesn't turn a few ladies heads, nothing will.
I'll only be here for 6 days. I'm heading to a well known "party" destination Good Friday. Talk to you then!

Aloha, Hawaii!
Here's a picture of me taken last night when I arrived at my "bon voyage" luau my pal Gil arranged for me. We had a delicious pig roast dinner and some great island dancing demonstrations. I danced my last hula dance for awhile. Today I'm getting ready to shove off first thing tomorrow morning. We are heading to Mexico by yet another privately owned yacht. The difference is this time I'm a guest and not a deck hand. Also, we are going directly there so I should be there in about a week. Just in time for spring break! I'll post when I get there.
Aloha,
